Danica Patrick Goes NASCAR It's for real, Danica Patrick announced today that she will run a limited NASCAR Nationwide Series schedule in 2010 ? including a February visit to Auto Club Speedway. The Izod IndyCar Series driver will drive the No. 7 Go Daddy Chevrolet for JR Motorsports and team owners Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Rick Hendrick. It should be a wild season for NASCAR with the media frenzy that follows Danica. Her first race will be at the Stater Bros 300 at Fontana on February 20, 2010. See you there.

Team Troops Honors Veterans Coming to a NHRA track near you, "Team Troops" has joined forces to give away 32,000 tickets to service members and their families. "Team Troops" includes racing phenomenon Kate & Dianna Harker, Tina Stull, and Peggy Llewellyn. The tour was in Dallas in April and have several dates yet to go. Families need not have Troops present to use tickets. Tickets are distributed First come first serve basis.
